The nominations are in for Britian’s equivalent the Grammy awards — and pop stars Dua Lipa and Ed Sheeran lead the pack. The 2018 Brit Awards go down Februray 21st at London’s iconic O2 Arena. With other high prile acts like Gorillaz, LCD Soundsystem, Katy Perry, Kendrick Lamar, Lorde, Calvin Harris, The Killers and Drake also nominated, it will be undoubtedly a star-studded event spanning a wide variety genres and an insane amount talent. Lipa, best known for “New Rules,” has five total nominations for British breakthrough artist, British female solo artist, British album the year, British single and British artist video the year. The “Shape You” singer/songwriter is nominated for four including British male solo artist, British album the year, British single and British artist video the year.
