Despite the festival’s lineup featuring “mainstream” artists like Disclosure and Eric Prydz, the essence of an underground festival ambiance was consistent throughout the entire weekend. This year’s lineup was an absolute masterpiece, bringing together a diverse array of house and techno heavyweights. Cloonee kicked off the weekend on Friday with a high-energy set that had the crowd moving from start to finish. Layton Giordani brought his signature blend of driving techno to the indoor Volcano stage, while Sonny Fodera delivered a groove-heavy house set that had everyone in the crowd in full swing.

Saturday was undoubtedly a highlight, with KAS:ST providing a hypnotic journey that felt like a moment of transcendence. Massano then followed with a set that explored a darker, more emotive side of techno, while Max Styler brought his smooth peak-time techno grooves and masterful unreleased IDs to an ecstatic crowd. Another notable set on day two included Argy at the Tsunami stage, whose ethereal, melodic techno blew attendees’ minds away.

To close out the evening, Carl Cox took over the decks and the crowd was absolutely euphoric as the techno legend played a set that blended classic tracks with new cutting-edge sounds. Oh yes, oh yes. Day three set highlights included Disclosure with their electrifying soundscapes and iconic, nostalgic tracks. Jerro and Sammy Virji also curated memorable performances with their high-energy sounds, and of course, Eric Prydz closed out the entire weekend with a bang, ending his set with “Opus” amid the rain.

Seismic Dance Event continues to prove to be a top-tier house and techno festival with its unparalleled production elements and commitment to staying true to the underground. The combination of world-class talent, kind-hearted attendees, and an atmosphere that fosters genuine connection makes it a truly special event. Whether you’re a long-time fan of house and techno or a newcomer to the scene, Seismic is not only a festival you don’t want to miss: it’s a lifestyle.
