The legendary Avicii left us in 2018, and many Tomorrowland fans remember that as the year that the festival paid tribute to Avicii in many ways. One of the most notable ways was with a small tribute on the One World Bridge. However, that small tribute has since been retired, leaving some to ask if it would return. Now we know that Tomorrowland planned a much bigger tribute to take its place. Ten years after Avicii’s final performance at Tomorrowland, the Belgian festival pays tribute to the late Tim ‘Avicii’ Bergling, an artist who helped shape the sound of a generation. For the first time ever, people from around the world will now be able to relive Avicii’s legendary Tomorrowland sets from 2012, 2014, and 2015 in spatial audio, available via the Tomorrowland App and Apple Music. This immersive listening experience brings new clarity and emotional depth to his breathtaking music – allowing fans to step back into the magic as if they were standing in front of the iconic Mainstage. As of now, we’re not seeing the sets on Apple Music but you can stream the 2012, 2014, and 2015 sets on the Tomorrowland App. At Tomorrowland Belgium 2025, festivalgoers will find a dedicated space honoring Avicii’s life and artistry. A brand-new 144-square-meter installation will offer a powerful moment amidst the energy of the festival. Featuring never-before-seen images and audiovisual storytelling, it invites the People of Tomorrow to reconnect with the music, the memories, and the creative mind behind them. Access to the space will be limited and require a reservation in advance – festivalgoers can find more info right here. It requires asmall deposit to keep your spot, and if you don’t show up the deposit will be donated to the Tim Bergling Foundation. Avicii’s story is deeply woven into Tomorrowland’s history. The Swedish songwriter and producer made his festival debut in 2011, surprising festivalgoers at the Mainstage with ‘Levels’, his career-making signature anthem which wasn’t officially released until a few months later. From that moment on, Avicii became a beloved guest at Tomorrowland, returning in 2012, 2013, 2014, and again in 2015 for what would become his final performance on the Mainstage. In 2018, the festival crowd honored him in a deeply emotional moment: a massive Swedish flag bearing his image was spread out in the crowd during Nicky Romero’s Mainstage set. Each year, artists across the line-up continue to honor Avicii’s memory, weaving his iconic tracks into their sets and sharing personal tributes. Avicii’s timeless anthem ‘Levels’ has been crowned the number one track in the Tomorrowland Top 1000 not once, but three times. Throughout the years, Tomorrowland’s official radio station One World Radio has also celebrated Avicii through dedicated broadcasts, featuring live sets, exclusive mixes, and special programming.Tomorrowland presents AVICII FOREVER: THE TRIBUTE
