Sónar Festival Announces First 31 Names For 33rd Edition

Sónar Festival has just announced the first 31 names in the lineup for its 33rd edition, set to take place in Barcelona on the weekend of June 18-20, 2026. This year’s program showcases an exceptional mix of prominent artists, influential figures, and groundbreaking emerging talents that define contemporary electronic culture. As for the 31 artists that Sónar Festival have announced who will perform there, those artists are just 33 percent of the full artist lineup that the festival will finalize very soon.

The first artists announced for the 33rd edition Sónar Festival

The festival will feature electrifying performances by renowned artists such as Kelis, celebrated for her genre-defying hits; Skepta, a leading figure in the UK grime scene; and Charlotte de Witte, widely recognized for her electrifying techno sets. Attendees can look forward to another standout lineup that includes Amelie Lens, Modeselektor, Cabaret Voltaire, Nia Archives, and the due of Julianna Barwick and Mary Lattimore.

Additionally, the lineup features the Danish electronic band WhoMadeWho, the avant-garde sounds of Ascendant Vierge, and the emerging act 30drop. Renowned DJs such as Chris Stussy, Sammy Virji, DJ Gigola, Kettama, Joy Orbison, Boys Noize, Ogazón, ISA, and an upcoming B2B set of Clementaum and LAZA will also deliver unforgettable performances, ensuring a rich and diverse experience for festival-goers.

The Fira Gran Via will be the sole venue of the festival’s 33rd edition
