Salt Lake City’s Das Energi Festival is leveling up for 2026. The festival drops its phase one lineup today alongside news that the event has officially expanded from two days to three, running August 7-9 at the Great Salt Lake.

According to the announcement from MASV Music Group and V2 Presents, the roster spans the spectrum of electronic music. Seven Lions and Zedd anchor the melodic side while Cloonee brings his tech house energy and Ganja White Night holds down the bass end. The Crankdat b2b Levity pairing stands out as one of the more interesting bookings — both artists have built serious momentum in the bass scene over the past year.

The lineup also features Experts Only regulars Devault and Fallon, drum and bass producer Friction, tech house favorite Joshwa, plus Noizu, San Pacho, Laszewo, What So Not, and Wooli. The festival’s multi-genre approach has always been part of its identity, and the three-day format gives that programming room to breathe.

Production Upgrades and Infrastructure Changes

Beyond the extra day, Das Energi is investing in the festival experience itself. Organizers are adding larger stages with expanded production capabilities, including enhanced flame effects and firework displays. The festival grounds will feature new interactive art installations and additional shaded areas — a practical consideration given August temperatures in Utah.

VIP upgrades include new Sky Decks on the Galactic Flats and air-conditioned restroom facilities. Bar placement has been reconfigured to cut down wait times, and the festival is deploying a dedicated experiential team to improve overall attendee engagement throughout the weekend.

There’s also talk of a collaboration with Project Awake for the main stage design, though details on that partnership remain limited.

Jeremy Moreland, CEO of MASV Music Group and co-founder of V2 Presents, noted in the announcement that the three-day expansion reflects the Salt Lake City electronic music community’s growth. Das Energi has previously hosted Tiësto, Kaskade, Excision, Illenium, Deadmau5, and Above & Beyond, establishing itself as one of the region’s key summer festival stops.

General admission tickets went on sale March 31. The festival’s presale allocation sold out during the headliner tease phase, which suggests demand for the expanded format is there. Tickets are available through the MASV Music website.
