Jeremih will be released from hospital tomorrow after a serious battle with COVID-19, according to the singer’s friend and collaborator Chance The Rapper. “I just heard my brother Jeremih’s voice on the phone,” Chance tweeted on Thursday. “He will be out the hospital tomorrow.” See the tweet below:

Jeremih’s struggles with COVID-19 and his admission to Chicago’s Northwestern Memorial Hospital were first revealed in mid-November. According to TMZ, the singer’s condition deteriorated to a point where he required a ventilator. Days later, Jeremih’s family thanked his supporters and said “progress is being made” after an initially brutal bout with the virus.
