One of the most promising Argentinian Prog stars just kicked off his year in style. Emi Galvan, everyone. We landed an interview with the rising star just before the end of 2025. And now he’s making the news again, just after releasing his latest two-tracker ‘Everlong / Lies‘ on one of the most respected Progressive House labels out there: Mango Alley. Well, in reality, it’s a four-tracker, as the first piece — namely, ‘Everlong‘ — contains two remixes, each exploring different angles. The package represents a statement from an artist currently riding the crest of Argentina’s electronic roll. The EP contains both originals, as well as two remixes, as previously discussed, from industry mainstays Hermanez and Ruben Karapetyan. With this release, Emi Galvan warms up the engines for a hybrid tour schedule with confirmed appearances at Balance Croatia in Tisno, and key dates across South America and Sri Lanka, among others. The EP is built on a “two-sides-of-the-same-coin” philosophy, exploring contrasting landscapes. The lead track, ‘Everlong‘, is energetic and tempts you to move along to the beat, including some mainstay Emi Galvan sound cues such as snare rolls and playful buildups. “‘Everlong’ explores the concept of eternal life through a powerful and melodic structure, gradually building intensity with soaring harmonies and a driving energy that feels both uplifting and timeless“, says Emi himself. On the flipside, ‘Lies‘ dives into the darker recesses of the progressive sound. “‘Lies’ has a more personal and grounded narrative, inspired by the deception of a past relationship“, says Emi. And you can notice the shift in mood. ‘Lies’ is a bit slower than its counterpart, giving you more space to admire the road. I can’t really put it into words, it just gives you a bit of space to dive inside your head while the music goes along. It’s a wonderful experience.
