G Herbo was the musical guest on Monday night’s episode of The Tonight Show. The Chicago rapper was joined by Chance The Rapper for their run through “PTSD.” Check out their performance above.
“PTSD” appears on G Herbo’s 2020 album of the same name. Tweeting before they appeared on Jimmy Fallon-hosted show, Chance The Rapper revealed that he created the staging for the performance, which he described as “Chicago through and through,” and dedciated to the late Juice WRLD.

Released back in February, PTSD features appearances from 21 Savage, A Boogie wit da Hoodie, Lil Durk, Lil Uzi Vert, and Polo G. In July the rapper launched Swervin’ Through Stress, a mental health initiative to provide free therapy sessions to underserved Black communities.
Over the weekend Chance The Rapper was among the artists offering prayers for Jeremih, another Chicago native, who is reportedly in hospital with COVID-19.
