Kaskade Reinvents Introspection with undux (remixes)

Eight-time GRAMMY-nominated producer and electronic music pioneer Kaskade extends the world of his deeply personal 2025 album undux with undux (remixes). The new release arrives via Arkade x Monstercat.

Originally conceived as one of the most vulnerable and introspective projects of his career, undux marked a deliberate return to album storytelling. It was built around connection, subtraction, and emotional honesty. Now, a new generation of global producers step in to reinterpret that foundation. They reshape its themes through distinct club-forward and melodic lenses.

UK trio Disciples inject ‘touch’ with sleek, driving house energy. Meanwhile, Belgian melodic house standout Jerro reframes ‘deeper’ atmospheric builds and emotive textures. Rising tech-house force Dave Summer transforms ‘started over’ into a peak-time club weapon. In addition, Montreal’s genre-blurring producer Suray Sertin delivers a melodic, rhythm-forward take on ‘unspoken.’

Closing the collection, three-time Juno Award-winning duo The Halluci Nation, among the most influential Indigenous electronic artists globally, offer a powerful reinterpretation of ‘heart worth breaking’. They blend their signature fusion of electronic, hip-hop, and Indigenous sonic traditions. This results in one of the project’s most striking reinventions.

Where undux leaned inward, undux (remixes) opens the material back up to the dancefloor. This is a full-circle moment that reflects Kaskade’s dual identity as both introspective songwriter and global club architect.

Kaskade

Kaskade, born Ryan Raddon, has solidified his place as one of the most influential figures in electronic music. An eight-time GRAMMY Award nominee, his accolades include a nomination as part of Kx5, a collaboration with fellow producer deadmau5.

In February 2024, Kaskade made history as the first-ever In-Game DJ at the Super Bowl. He captivated over 123.4 million viewers, according to Nielsen Media Research. Later that year, in March, he was named Best Male Artist of the Year at the iHeartRadio EDM Awards. Meanwhile, Kx5 took home the award for Best New Group. Continuing his trailblazing journey, in May 2024, Kaskade became the first-ever starting grid DJ at a Formula 1 race in Miami.

Over a career spanning three decades, Kaskade has continually evolved alongside electronic music’s shifting landscape. From pioneering the Las Vegas residency model to headlining cultural milestones including Coachella, Formula 1, and the Super Bowl. With undux (remixes), he reinforces a long-held philosophy: strong songwriting can live beyond a single format, thriving in reinterpretation.
