Last week, the popular London nightclub Ministry of Sound released an official statement. On Wednesday, March 19th, over 100 people streamed into the venue through the women’s bathroom with bolt cutters and spray paint to throw an illegal party. Moreover, the club did suffer major damage. However, the venue went through its planned agenda over the weekend. Multiple videos showed the moment of the break-in, with over 100 people making their way into the Ministry of Sound with bolt cutters, through the women’s bathroom. Furthermore, they spray-painted the mirrors and brought out confetti cannons, throwing an illegal party. Then, videos showed security chasing the offenders out of the premises. The statement also explained there was major damage done, as well as high-value equipment stolen. Nevertheless, the company implemented stronger security measures for the rest of its schedule. The show carried on with UK DJ Joel Corry taking over the venue for a 5-hour set on Friday night. The club has been a haven for EDM Music since 1991. The venue hosts major events and artists from all over the world, prioritizing an immersive and acoustic experience in South London. Moreover, the venue is a multi-purpose institution that hosts fashion shows, fitness events, and cultural happenings. People Broke Into Ministry Of Sound And Hosted Illegal Rave
