SeatGeek And ChatGPT Ink Smart Ticket Finding Integration Partnership

Finding tickets for your next show might be getting a lot easier. SeatGeek has officially launched its app in ChatGPT, letting fans search for live event tickets through a simple conversation instead of the usual endless scrolling. The new integration allows users to look for seats by price, view, or type of event, then finish the purchase on SeatGeek. SeatGeek says it is the first ticketing platform to bring both official primary tickets and resale inventory into ChatGPT through one experience.

For EDM fans, this feels especially relevant. Dance music crowds are always moving fast, whether it is a last-minute club night, a festival send, or a sudden presale rush when a favorite artist announces a date. Being able to ask for the best available options in a more natural way could make the whole process quicker and less frustrating. SeatGeek says the experience also includes added context like Deal Score, seat details, and view-from-seat imagery to help fans decide faster.

“Our focus is making sure our events surface wherever fans are asking about them, and that when they do, our partners’ tickets are front and center in the best possible buying experience.”

-Russ D’Souza, Co-Founder and President of Supply at SeatGeek

More than anything, this signals where live event discovery is heading. Fans are no longer starting every search on a ticketing site. They are asking questions, comparing options, and making decisions inside the platforms they already use every day. SeatGeek’s move into ChatGPT follows its recent pushes into Spotify and Google’s AI search experiences, showing just how serious the company is about meeting fans wherever discovery begins.

For the EDM world, that could mean fewer barriers between hearing about a show and actually getting in the building. And in a scene built on spontaneity, that matters.
