Solomun Headlining Teksupport’s Memorial Day Weekend Show in NYC

New York City nightlife powerhouse Teksupport has announced a special open-air performance with electronic music icon Solomun, set to take place on May 23 during Memorial Day Weekend at the historic Fulton Fish Market in Hunts Point, Bronx.

The event marks the first-ever large-scale waterfront concert held at the iconic market, introducing outdoor concert programming to the East River-facing venue and offering fans a rare opportunity to experience Solomun in a fully open-air industrial setting.

Solomun remains one of the most influential figures in modern club culture, celebrated for his emotionally driven, marathon-style sets that bridge underground credibility with global appeal. From his long-running Solomun +1 residency in Ibiza to the continued evolution of his Dynamic Music label, the Bosnian-born producer has helped shape contemporary house and techno on dance floors around the world.

True to form, Teksupport continues its tradition of transforming unconventional locations into immersive dance music experiences. Over the past decade, the collective has hosted events in submarine factories, navy yards, subterranean ballrooms, passenger boats, and even Grand Central Station, consistently redefining where nightlife can exist in New York City. The Fulton Fish Market debut represents the brand’s latest venture into large-scale outdoor environments.

Presented in partnership with the Fulton Fish Market Cooperative, the May 23 event reflects the organization’s expanding role in cultural programming beyond its historic roots in the city’s food infrastructure. Founded in 1822, the nonprofit, member-owned Cooperative operates from a 400,000-square-foot facility in the Bronx and supplies nearly half of New York City’s seafood, making it both a vital logistics hub and now an emerging site for major cultural events.

Teksupport founder Rob Toma emphasized the significance of the collaboration, stating that the team is excited to unlock a truly special location in Hunts Point while continuing their commitment to pushing cultural boundaries in New York City.

Alongside its parent company TCE Presents, Teksupport has become one of North America’s most influential nightlife brands, producing over 100 shows annually and serving as a premier U.S. partner for globally recognized dance music institutions such as Time Warp and Circoloco. In 2024, TCE Presents also opened Brooklyn Storehouse, a 100,000+ square-foot cultural venue at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, further expanding its footprint across the city’s event landscape.
