Steller Releases Shifting The Lens EP And Announces Headline Tour

A great four-track EP just saw the light of day, are you going to miss it?

Bass music’s most introspective rising star is back with something special. Steller has just released her highly anticipated Shifting The Lens EP, a four-track conceptual journey that explores personal topics while translating them into a very recognisable, yet innovative sound.

The EP comes just days after news of her upcoming headline tour, marking another major milestone for the artist. And with it, Steller covers the three states of time: the future with the EP, the present with the news of the tour, and the past, having drawn inspiration from geniuses such as Ram Dass to craft the EP.

Philosophy + Bass: Shifting The Lens

In an era where Dance music often chases viral moments and algorithm-friendly hooks, Steller is taking a different approach entirely. Shifting The Lens operates on emotional storytelling and philosophical reflection, embracing a slower, more intentional creative process. “I wanted to write this project from a concept instead of free flowing“, Steller explains. “A line in ‘Be Here Now’ [Ram Dass’s iconic 1971 book on spirituality] about ‘turning the lens inward’ sparked the idea and everything developed from there“.

Each track on the EP explores different facets of personal transformation, creating a cohesive emotional arc. While the title track anchors the narrative with a powerful spoken sample: “When you change your perception, that is when miracles happen“, ‘Universe Provides‘ brings the heavy dubstep drops, ‘Bring The Energy‘ shifts toward groove-forward funk, and ‘Frames of Infinity‘ balances delicate downtempo and warm melodies against weighty drops.

Just as a personal thing, ‘Universe Provides’ is my absolute favourite. I love those natural elements like guitars and untouched human timbre woven into the digital blueprint that makes Bass music so recognisable. It’s a strong contrast, and a very, very welcome one. The rest of the EP is nuts as well, but that track spoke to me the loudest.

“Production wise, I feel like you can hear my sound leveled up,” Steller notes. “I am super proud of ‘Frames Of Infinity,’ and grateful to Taylr Renee for bringing the vision to life with her vocals.”

Massive Headline Tour Announced

The EP release coincides with Steller’s ‘Shifting The Lens’ headline tour launching this spring. The tour includes stops in major markets like Las Vegas (We All Scream), Seattle (VICE Nightclub), Portland (45 East), San Francisco (Midway G&M), and Vancouver (Red Room).

Festival appearances are equally impressive, with confirmed slots at [INTERNAL_LINK: Electric Forest], [INTERNAL_LINK: Okeechobee], Breakaway Arizona, and ILLfest. She’ll also join LSDREAM at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre and serve as direct support for dates with ALLEYCVT, LEVEL UP, and Zingara.

“I am so excited for this tour and to finally play these tracks out,” Steller says. “Some of the songs are moody and introspective, so there will be intentional downtempo moments, but overall it is going to feel like a fun, high-energy journey. We are limitless.”

Building on Breakout 2025

This announcement builds on what was already a standout 2025 for the bass music artist. Steller enters 2026 riding momentum from her ‘Here & Now’ EP, a coveted Dubstep Don Spotify cover feature, and her debut 20+ date headline tour that included appearances at [INTERNAL_LINK: EDC Las Vegas], Forbidden Kingdom, and Beyond Wonderland.

Beyond the music, Steller has positioned herself as a role model within the bass scene through her philanthropic work, including an official mental health partnership with To Write Love On Her Arms. This connection between music, community, and mindfulness sets her apart in a crowded field.

She closed out 2025 with a collaborative EP ‘Is This Real?’ with Zingara, a New Year’s Eve performance supporting LSDREAM, and a sold-out show at Denver’s coveted Cervantes’ Other Side.

Fans won’t have to wait long for new music. The first single from the EP, “Frames of Infinity,” drops January 30th, following Steller’s viral remix of 50 Cent’s “Disco Inferno” and an official remix for bass veteran Jaenga that have already made waves in 2026.
