Caprices Festival, which was scheduled for April, will take place on 18-20 and 25-27 of September. Adapting the celebration of the festival to the Government rules, this festival in Crans-Montana, Switzerland looks very promising. Caprices will be indeed a festival of altitude, as artists will play 2200m above sea level. The 1000 guests will be overwhelmed with the panoramic views of the crystalline skies and snow-capped mountain ranges. This long runner festival of the scene will hold its 17th edition of Caprices Festival. Although the coronavirus situation could make people think that the festival would take place next year, the celebration will occur sooner than later. With a reduced capacity and different look thanks to the warmer end of the summer weather and beautiful green hillsides, this will be special and unique one-off editions. Obviously, it isn’t easy putting up a big electronic music festival nowadays. Caprices Festival will offer a safe environment with a maximum capacity of 1000 people per stage. In addition, each stage will be split into independent zones of max 300 people as advised by the government measures. These are Covid-19 era’s conditions, and festivals must follow them. Despite initially developing four stages, finally, there will be two stages per day. One of them will be the famous daytime ‘Modernity Stage’ and one new nighttime stage, ‘The Forest Stage’. Albeit the number of stages decreased, the famously high production values and world-class sound systems will remain. The Forest Stage is a circular building, offering a 360-degree view, with indoor and outdoor spaces. Obviously, it is located in the middle of the forest. The stage is in the old intermediate station of the Signal cable car line and is a new feature of Caprices Festival. The stage will host a combination of international artists, newcomers, and Swiss local acts. Definitely a wonderful way of offering the public a spectacular musical adventure. Regarding the Modernity Stage, it is a one-off, greenhouse-like structure that sits 2200m above sea level offering panoramic views of the crystalline skies and snow-capped mountain ranges. Across all three days of weekend one, the Modernity Stage will host very interesting acts by the likes of Dubfire, Parallells, Audiofly, Guy Gerber, Guti live, 3rd Floor Brothers, and many more. At the same time, The Forest Stage welcomes Ion Ludwig live, Digby, Seko & Persci, Madnax live, Mira & Chris Scwarzwalder, Manolo, and many more. Weekend two headliners include Marco Farone, Adriatique, b2b Edward, and . A high-quality line up for an intimate event in the Swiss mountains. Next to the amazing DJ performances, there is plenty to make this an experience of a lifetime. Attendees will have on-site high-end restaurants and eateries that include award-winning restaurants and mountain huts, boutique shops, and an eco-museum.
