Echostage Named Number One Club in the World by DJMag

Every year DJ Mag opens up the polls to determine the best clubs and , in the public eye. The numbers are in, and this year Washington D.C.’s Echostage tops the list for best club in the world. #echofam

In a year of chaos and global disease, Echostage managed to host the likes of Armin Van Buuren, Eric Prydz, and Claude VonStroke. Their fall line up includes greats like Wax Motif, Krewella and Seven Lions. Pair all-star acts with a high production value of audio-visual experience, and a banging venue space of over 30,000 square feet. And you’ve got a recipe for something great.

DJ Mag had this to say in profiling their number one spot:

Taking up over 30,000 square feet, Echostage has all the trappings you’d expect of a No.1 venue. The soundsystem is a d&b audiotechnik V-Series with D80 amplifiers, pumping out 48,000 watts of superior sound, while the senses are further stimulated by dazzling lasers, confetti cannons and cryo-jets. The capacious, warehouse-inspired space is flanked by 60-foot bars, while a VIP mezzanine perches above the dancefloor, kitted out with a plethora of bottle-service tables.
