Media Streaming Poised to Spike 60% Due to COVID-19 – EDMTunes

As people stay indoors and practice social distancing due to COVID-19, people are killing time by marathoning movies, their favorite TV shows, and plenty of music online. As a result, media streaming in the realm of is expected to increase by 60%. This is especially case since more entertainment bundles have been popping up in the last few years, such as the $5 Spotify and Hulu student subscription, the Disney bundle with Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+, and more.

As music festivals, shows, and tours , there have been attempts to reschedule the events. Now, artists have found ways to continue to put on shows and play music remotely.
