We’ve all had that frustrating moment of having a song stuck in our head that we don’t know the title of. Sometimes humming it on Shazam doesn’t do the trick either. Luckily, Spotify now allows users to search a song by the lyrics in the search bar. Lin Wang, a designer for Spotify, recently shared of this feature on Twitter. Not only is this great for finding a track from an artist’s set that lingers in your mind afterwards, but you can listen to the track directly from the search results. However, the feature of searching by lyrics is something that Apple Music already had. Spotify may be playing catch up, but regardless it’s still a win for its users.
